Just in....Fresh French Lavender!

I know I promised treasures while away on vacation but honestly, although I found many wonderful things nothing jumped into my arms.

But....About five miles down the road from me is the most beautiful lavender farm. They have acres of varied types of the lavender for the cutting. My outing with the kids was for French lavender, in season and fragrant!

Check out my shop and get a bunch for yourself!

How lovely. I can't imagine being surrounded by all that sweet smelling lavender?

I bet that it smelled heavenly. There are a few farms near me, but I stay away because they make my allergies go nuts.

I can smell the lavender just looking at the farm. What a treat going to pick it fresh. My friend has a farm as well and isn't it just so relaxing standing it the middle of it all? Enjoy the lavender, what a nice addition to your shop.

I just love your blog! I swear you could pick anything out and I would like it, your taste is so similar to mine from what I have seen. Guess that means I should get myself over to your Etsy store! I feel quite honored that you are following my blog! Thanks!!

How lucky are you to have Lavender fields 5 miles down the road....the only comparable field I have is , I am 1/2 an hour from Cambridge, and on the way is a field that is full of poppies and I wish that I had taken a photograph 'cos it was just a sea of red..... a beautiful post,,,,,. xxxx

Oh how I love lavender---it reminds me of our honeymoon; we had a great time in big sir; lavender everywhere, including our room, our soap...but it was more pure, authentic and subtle. Lovely photos and I agree with the others, I can smell it through your post.

I love lavender, too! I just recently purchased a lavender scented linen mist! I have never tried that but wanted to see if it worked on my sheets when ironing. I love the pictures in this post!
