Any shabby in my house is mostly in my bed room, I made this (not this particular one, this was my inspiration piece) and it was so easy, just a matter of four steps!
- A piece of wood at the local hardware store or unfinished from your local craft shop. I recommend measuring the area you wish to hang this and determine the length from there.
- Find any knobs that appeal to you, I went with drawer knobs. These are easy to find. If you're a junker like I am you can collect some really cool knobs from estate sales or your local antique shop, if not, places like Target or Home Depot have lots to chose from.
- I used regular satin wall paint for the wood and let it dry completely. Then, simply measure, mark and drill the spots for your knobs and attach, that's it!
- Mix it up any way you'd like. who says it has to be cottage style? Make it contemporary or casual. This was super fun to make and lovely to look at too!

GREAT idea! I was given my great grandmother's home, and most of the cupboards have those gorgeous glass knobs. I'd love to do something special like that in my bedroom!
